In the year of 1997 two friends decided to open a sandwich shop in Peristeri Athens, originality for then the chicken souvlaki that did not exist in this form. In the process, Gyros pita and some other products were added.

The world loved it and gave a great boost to the product.

The upward trend of the business with 12 stores by 2014 with the name "Santuitsadiko Authentikon".

Since 2018 under the name Leonidas food the company has expanded to Berlin with the expectation that the world will love as in Greece the unique flavors of top-quality materials made with love.
